With each song, Wnsdy At 7 impress me more and more. Their next single This Is Goodbye has left me more excited than ever for the lads have to offer.

For a song about leaving abuse, it seems incredibly positive. The upbeat instrumentation sounds like it’s from the soundtrack of a coming-of-age film. That is actually the feeling of breaking away and moving on from such a dark period of life. I particularly enjoyed the bridge, where there was tiny intermission, and then build up into a grand finale chorus.

This Is Goodbye seems to be their tidiest recording yet. Another quick, positively emo track that resembles the classic pop punk sounds of Blink 182 and Simple plan. I am very excited for future releases from Wnsdy At 7, and the possibility of a future EP or album.

This Is Goodbye will be released July 31st, along with a limited edition cassette tape, and a mini tour to celebrate. Wnsdy At 7 will be visiting Sheffield, Huddersfield, Manchester Peterborough, Nottingham and Leeds. Visit their social media accounts for more details and dates!
